Markdown 是 John Gruber 於 2004 年創建的輕量級標記語言。它使用純文字格式語法來產生 HTML：#標題、**粗體**、*斜體*、[連結]、`程式碼`等。廣泛用於 README 檔案、GitHub、Reddit、Slack 及許多文件系統。
CommonMark 是標準化的 Markdown 規範。GitHub Flavored Markdown（GFM）在此基礎上擴充了任務清單、表格、刪除線、自動連結和程式碼圍欄的語法突顯。大多數現代平台都支援 GFM。
使用三個反引號後跟語言名稱：```javascript。支援的語言包括 javascript、python、typescript、bash、css、html、json、yaml、sql 等。
在字元前使用反斜線：\*表示 *、\_表示 _、\`表示 `、\#表示 #、\[表示 [ 等。這樣可防止 Markdown 將其解讀為格式語法。
