Markdown est un langage de balisage léger créé par John Gruber en 2004. Il utilise une syntaxe de formatage en texte brut pour créer du HTML : #titres, **gras**, *italique*, [liens], `code` et plus. Il est utilisé dans les fichiers README, GitHub, Reddit, Slack et de nombreux systèmes de documentation.
CommonMark est une spécification Markdown standardisée. GitHub Flavored Markdown (GFM) l'étend avec des listes de tâches, des tableaux, le barré, les liens automatiques et la coloration syntaxique dans les blocs de code. La plupart des plateformes modernes supportent GFM.
Utilisez trois backticks suivis du nom du langage : ```javascript. Les langages pris en charge incluent javascript, python, typescript, bash, css, html, json, yaml, sql et bien d'autres.
Utilisez un antislash avant le caractère : \* pour *, \_ pour _, \` pour `, \# pour #, \[ pour [, etc. Cela empêche Markdown de les interpréter comme une syntaxe de formatage.
