Choose Fill when you need an exact canvas with a centered crop, and check that the crop keeps the important subject. Percentage resizing rounds positive results to at least one pixel. Each input file may be up to 100MB, but large decoded images can exhaust browser memory below that cap. Export quality affects JPEG and WebP; increasing dimensions cannot recreate details missing from the source.

Resizing resamples pixels and re-encodes the output. Upscaling cannot recover detail missing from the source, and extreme changes can soften edges. JPEG and WebP quality settings affect encoding; they are not a lossless guarantee. Keep the original and inspect the result at its actual destination size before replacing an image.
Upload several supported images to apply the same settings, then review each result before downloading individually or together. A common target can crop or distort sources with different aspect ratios, depending on mode. Check portrait and landscape inputs separately rather than assuming the first preview represents every image in the batch.
Presets fill suggested dimensions for common social image contexts. They are starting values rather than a guarantee of another platform’s current crop or presentation. Review the target width, height, and resize mode, then inspect the actual uploaded result on the destination platform. Keep important content away from areas likely to be cropped.
